The Intensive English Program is the one place for speakers of other languages who seek to learn English for general or specific purposes, including academic or professional success. We offer multileveled English language instruction for non-degree students at one of the oldest, most diverse universities in the United States! We promote Rutgers University global mission to help our students become culturally competent world citizens.
